What is ActiveMap Informer:
ActiveMap Informer is an application for handling requests and efficient communication between users and group administrator. The purpose of this application is to solve identified problems and control the tasks.

How to start:
• Users are granted access to the application from the group administrator
• When users have some problems, they send a request
• The group administrator gets requests, sorts them and assigns performers
• Users control the way of implementation and resume the work, if its necessary

How to work with requests:
All requests from users are automatically sent to the group administrator. He assigns performers and controls the status of tasks implementation via management system.
If performers completed the task, but the problem was not resolved, users can renew their requests and administrator would redirect them to performers.
How invitation works:nUsers can invite new members via the built-in solution. When users download the application, they automatically attached to organisation of the group administrator.
